Shipping policy

LOCATION - Currently we only offer delivery to Mainland UK. Non-UK Mainland can be quoted for, however please contact us with your address and products you wish to order and request a quote via our contact us page.

ORDER PROCESSING - Please allow approximately 1 working day to process your order. Expect an email within 10 working days to let you know your order is on the way!

PICKUP - Unfortunately we do not currently offer a collection option.

LOCAL DELIVERY - Unfortunately we do not currently offer a local delivery option.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING - Orders are generally shipped within 10 working days using our suppliers shipping provider, standard is up to 4 working days. Flat rate shipping fee of £9.99 applies to orders under £30.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - Currently we do not offer international shipping.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES - We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused, in its original condition and providing it not bespoke/special order - for further information please see our refund policy page. Providing all the criteria is met, will refund the full order amount minus any applicable shipping costs for the goods to be sent to you along with any re-stocking charges applied to our discretion.

FAULTS/DAMAGES - In the event that your order arrives damaged/faulty in any way, please email us within 48 hours of delivery to sales@hot-tub.shop with your order number and photos of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
